Jennifer specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Her work centers on high-functioning, high-capacity individuals who are used to holding a lot, achieving at a high level, and continuing to push through, often while feeling overwhelmed beneath the surface.

Jennifer helps clients better understand the patterns driving their stress, build emotional awareness, and develop more sustainable ways of coping, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with themselves.

Jennifer also works with teens as they navigate identity development, peer relationships, academic and extracurricular pressures, emotional regulation, and decision-making.

Jennifer works with adolescents (12+) and adults.
