Coreshift Counseling is rooted in the belief that real change starts from within. At its core, this work is about helping people navigate the twists and turns of life with compassion, clarity, and honesty. This work has been shaped by truly listening to others and recognizing the patterns that keep us feeling stuck. It’s grounded in the importance of connection, self-worth, and trust in our own abilities.

Many individuals come in navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, burnout, and the self-doubt that often accompanies these experiences. I believe the way we see ourselves directly shapes how we move through the world and the relationships we build within it.

At the heart of Coreshift is the idea that when we show up for ourselves—working through struggles, fears, insecurities, and imposter syndrome—we show up differently everywhere else with greater assurance, awareness, and presence. We look forward to walking this journey with you as you grow into the next version of yourself.

  • For clients not using insurance, Coreshift’s private pay rates are:

    • Initial Intake Session (60 minutes) - $225

    • Ongoing Therapy Sessions (60 minutes) - $185

    A Good Faith Estimate is provided as part of your intake paperwork, in compliance with the No Surprise Act.

  • Yes, Coreshift offers both in-person and virtual therapy sessions for clients located in Michigan.

  • Coreshift Counseling is located at 12830 Old U.S. 27, Suite D & E, DeWitt, Michigan. Virtual sessions are currently offered statewide.
